the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation
A BILL
To require the Federal Trade Commission to issue regulations requiring certain products to have
“Do Not Flush” labeling, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Wastewater Infrastructure Pollution Prevention and
Environmental Safety Act” or the “WIPPES Act”.
SEC. 2. “DO NOT FLUSH” LABELING.
